Are the statistic in the book "State of Fear" which was written in 2004 still relevant to today, as in 2009?
People seem to believe that Global Warming is occurring without a doubt. So, could the statistics of today prove against it?

So, could the statistics of today prove against it? Later on this year, I'm going to explore State of Fear in detail in my blog. After five years, it's time to re-examine State of Fear and look at what the science is saying now. Even if the planet is warming, (by no means an undisputed fact), we can't assume that mankind's activities are causing it, or even most of it. Correlation does not equal causality.

Looking forward to that! I answered "Maybe" to the question because it does seem that there is evidence that the earth is getting warrmer. But it's a leap to think we know the cause for sure.
